TERMS OF BUSINESS
• 50% Deposit is required upfront prior to any work being started. (All deposits are non refundable).
• Payment must be received in full before your order is finalised and goods dispatched.
• Final balance for all signage must be made the day prior to fitting, No signs will be booked in for fitting unless payment is received.
• Delivery date of your order will be confirmed once full payment is made.
• Once you confirm you have checked the artwork and it requires no changes, you absolve the Company of all liability for any errors, omissions or discrepancies that may be present on the proof.
• These terms are final and non-negotiable. We accept no liability and will offer no full or part refunds.
• For illuminated signs we require an electrical connection to be made available to the front of the shop/building or unit prior to fitting. We do not deal with electrics from the switchboard to the outside of the shop, building or unit.
• We will not knowingly infringe any copyrights. If a copyright has been infringed it will be the responsibility of you the client.
• We are not responsible for planning permission for signage.
